1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting BreezeBot to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our bot.

2. Description of Service

BreezeBot is a Discord bot that provides various features including moderation tools, knowledge base management, suggestion systems, polls, and more. The bot is provided as-is, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use BreezeBot for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms. This includes but is not limited to:

• Violating Discord's Terms of Service
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening others
• Distributing malware or engaging in malicious activities
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the bot or its related systems
• Using the bot to collect data in violation of privacy laws
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the bot's functionality

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create, share, or store using BreezeBot. This includes knowledge base entries, suggestions, poll questions, and any other user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or Discord's Terms of Service.

5. Intellectual Property

BreezeBot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the bot developers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the bot's code or visual design elements without express permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BreezeBot, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the bot
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the bot
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through the bot

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BreezeBot, its developers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the bot or violation of these Terms.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to BreezeBot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the bot will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
